Digital Product Policy
All purchases made on BloxShop.org are for digital goods and are non-refundable once the order has been processed or claimed.
Because digital items are delivered electronically and cannot be returned or reclaimed once sent, we do not offer refunds under the following circumstances:

You no longer want or play the game

You refuse to use Discord to complete your order (for games requiring live delivery)

You failed to follow the claim instructions

You entered incorrect information (e.g., email address, Roblox username, display name instead of actual username)
Discord Requirement for Live-Delivery Games
Some games (such as Grow a Garden, MM2, etc.) require live in-game delivery, which means you must join our Discord server to receive your items.
If you are unwilling to download or use Discord, we cannot complete the order and no refund will be provided.
Offline Delivery Products
Some items (like Blox Fruits accounts or permanent fruits) may be delivered without live interaction. These are processed within 24 hours and sent via email or in-game, based on your purchase.
If you provide the correct email and username and still do not receive your item within 24 hours, please contact us at support@bloxshop.org. We are happy to help resolve the issue.
Customer Responsibility
You are responsible for:

Entering your correct Roblox username (not display name)

Using a valid email address at checkout

Checking your email (including spam/junk folders)

Following instructions provided via email or our Discord bot

Responding to staff requests in a timely manner
Failure to meet these responsibilities does not qualify for a refund.
Unauthorized Disputes & Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback or dispute without contacting us first may result in a permanent ban from our store and Discord server.
We keep records of all receipts, order logs, Discord tickets, and delivery confirmations to provide evidence against fraudulent claims.
