Delivery Methods We Offer

We currently offer two ways to receive live-delivered items:

Discord (Fastest & Recommended)
Live Chat (Available on our website)

Small Note: Our official Discord server is the fastest and most reliable delivery method, and it’s also the best way to stay updated on discounts, announcements, and exclusive deals.

For Live-Delivery Games...

Games such as Steal a brainrot (SAB), Grow a Garden (GAG), and Adopt me (ADM) game do not support offline gifting. This means delivery must be done live in-game, with direct interaction.

Option 1: Discord (Recommended)

To receive your order via Discord:

Join our official Discord server using the invite link in your order confirmation email.
Go to the #claim-order channel.
Open a ticket and follow the bot’s instructions (you’ll be asked for your order number and price).
Wait for a staff member to respond and coordinate delivery.

Why Discord is Required for Fast Delivery
Discord allows us to:

Communicate quickly and clearly
Coordinate a time to meet in-game
Deliver your items safely and correctly
Keep you updated if there are delays, discounts, or announcements

Option 2: Live Chat (Alternative Method)

We also offer Live Chat delivery for customers who prefer not to use Discord.

To use Live Chat:

Simply navigate to the Live Chat button at the bottom of our website.
Send us a message with your order number.
A staff member will assist you and coordinate delivery.
