You must interact with our staff to complete delivery.

Games like Grow a Garden real-time interaction. That means we can’t send your items automatically—you’ll need to meet us in-game. Discord allows us to:

• Coordinate a time to meet in the game
• Deliver your items safely and correctly

How to Claim:

1. Join our Discord server using the invite link in your order confirmation email.
2. Go to the #claim-order channel.
3. Open a ticket and follow the bot’s instructions (you’ll be asked for your order number and price).
4. Wait for a staff member to respond. Be sure to check notifications and respond—we can’t deliver if you go inactive.
