Shipping policy

At Bloxshop.org, we specialize in delivering digital in-game items for the Grow a Garden Roblox experience, including pets, sheckles, and bundles. Since these are virtual products, shipping is handled digitally and directly in-game, not through physical or postal means.

Delivery Process

All orders must be claimed by the customer following the instructions on our How to Claim page.

To receive your items:

  1. You must follow the steps outlined on the How to Claim page.

  2. Once the steps are completed, your order will typically be delivered within 24 hours.

  3. In rare cases, delivery may take longer due to time zone differences, staff availability, or incomplete claim details.

 Undetermined Shipping Time

We do not guarantee a fixed delivery time, as successful delivery depends on the customer’s timely cooperation.

If the customer:

  • Fails to complete the claim steps, or

  • Stops responding to communication attempts (e.g., Discord, email, or Roblox),

then the order is considered unclaimable. In such cases, no refund will be issued as outlined in our Refund Policy.

 Important Notes

  • Bloxshop.org actively reaches out to help every customer claim their order. If the customer ignores or fails to respond, this is not grounds for a refund.

  • Once the claim steps are completed, the item(s) will be delivered as fast as possible.

  • If an order is marked as delivered and the customer has claimed the item in-game, it is no longer eligible for cancellation or refund.
